The Ukrainian military neutralized a group of Russian invaders in the village of Klishchiyivka near Bakhmut.

Volunteer Dmytro Zhluktenko published the video of the liquidation of the invaders.

The Russians were moving along the street of a destroyed settlement on a BMD-2 and came across an ambush of Ukrainian troops.

After the hit on the armored vehicle, the invaders stopped on the road near the destroyed houses.

According to the video footage, the Ukrainian servicemen were using small arms and firing mortars and automatic grenade launchers at the Russian soldiers.

The Russians tried to retaliate, but were under heavy fire and suffered losses.

During the battle with the Ukrainian military, the invaders suffered losses in manpower and armored vehicles.

Footage published by a volunteer shows that two Russian BMD-2 airborne infantry fighting vehicles were destroyed in Klishchiyivka, and another one was damaged.

The Ukrainian forces are currently advancing in the direction of Bakhmut, in particular, in the area of the village of Klishchiyivka.

At the beginning of July, the Russians lost the fortified area at Hill 215.7.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of July 25, in the direction of Bakhmut, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks in the areas northwest of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, south of Ivanivske, and west of Klishchiyivka.

Also, over the past 24 hours, more than 10 settlements, including Klishchiyivka, Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Pivnichne, and New York of the Donetsk region, have been hit by enemy artillery shelling.
