Ukrainian artillery neutralized the positions of the Russian invasion forces.

The video featuring the enemy defeat was released by the 40th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Lithuanian Grand Duke Vytautas the Great.

In addition to artillerymen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the intelligence department of the “Kharkiv” troop group headquarters and the air reconnaissance group of the 3rd Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine participated in the operation to neutralize the invader positions.

The artillery strike destroyed at least two Russian 120-mm Nona-K artillery systems.

Ukrainian forces also neutralized the artillery ammunition depot and a truck belonging to the Russian invaders.

The Russians placed their positions within the boundaries of a small settlement, likely within the buildings of the enterprise and nearby.

The Ukrainian reconnaissance drone recorded the placement of the Nona-K artillery system near farm buildings.

After successful strikes by the Ukrainian artillery, the cluster of ammunition exploded with subsequent detonation and fire.

As a result of the explosions, artillery systems were destroyed or at least seriously damaged.

2B16 Nona-K is a Soviet/Russian 120mm towed artillery system. It is a universal artillery system that combines the properties of a mortar and a light howitzer. It was intended for arming artillery divisions of amphibious assault brigades.

The main feature of this artillery system is that it can function as a mortar, a howitzer, or an anti-tank gun. The range of conventional ammunition is between 850 and 8850 m, and for rocket-assisted projectiles, it is 13 km. The firing rate of the weapon is 8-10 rounds per minute. The artillery system crew consists of five members.

The Ukrainian servicemen had previously started using the trophy Nona-K artillery system.
