Soldiers of the 46th Airmobile Brigade demonstrated how they conquered a bridgehead on the Inhulets River in the Kherson region in the summer of 2022.

The unit shares about its participation in combat operations as part of the operational groups “Nova Kakhovka” and “Prymoria.”

We talk about the brigade’s first deployment to the operation’s area in the Kherson region, about the initial stage of the fighting to liberate the right bank of the region. You will find exclusive video footage and comments from the participants of those memorable events,” the brigade wrote in the description of the film.

In early July 2022, the 46th Airmobile Brigade was transferred to the operational command of the “Nova Kakhovka” group and deployed near Kryvyi Rih:

The brigade joined the group’s general military reserve to reinforce and partially replace the 1st and 2nd echelons of the “Nova Kakhovka” operational group.

Here they were tasked with repelling enemy attacks and counterattacks in the areas of Dudchany, Novovorontsovka, Knyazivka, Arkhanhelske, and Kochubeivka.

“At first, we acted jointly with the 60th Brigade,” the brigade commander said about the actions in the area.

The paratroopers stayed here for two weeks, defending the approaches to Kryvyi Rih. After that, the brigade was transferred to the Prymoria operational group, where they operated in the area.
