The 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a modern Russian T-90A tank.

Russia’s main battle tank was neutralized by soldiers of the The 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the First Winter Campaign.

Probably, the Russian tank was destroyed in the southern direction of the front.

We would like to remind that the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade is part of the Operational Command South and is based in Odesa region.

“We offer to review the result of work of our anti-tank fighters in the final and only version of “good Russian” in all its glory,” the team said.

A new video with a lined T-90A tank was also recently released.

The tank was seized in a damaged state during previous fighting in the Sumy region.

The modern Russian main fighter tank T-90A is a modernization of the T-72B tanks, aimed at significant improvement of all combat characteristics of the machine.

Serial modification of the T-90 under index A had been produced from 2004 to 2011.

It was equipped with a B-92S2 engine with capacity of 1000 hp, an improved welded turret of increased stability instead of a cast one and a 2A46M-5 gun.

The Shtora-1 system is installed on the tank to counter guided weapons.

The armor of the upper front part of the hull was strengthened, the thermal imaging equipment was improved, and new anti-fire equipment was installed.
