The Ukrainian Special Operations Forces in Crimea struck at the facilities of the Gvardeyskaya oil depot near the village of Karyerne.
The Ukrainian Special Operations Forces reported that their drone hit the central pumping station of the oil depot.
The Gvardeyskaya oil depot is an important element of the fuel and logistics system of the occupation authorities in Crimea. It is important for the supply of military facilities and transportation of the Russian army.
Analysts from the CyberBoroshno group said that an FP-2 drone was used to strike the oil depot in the village of Karyerne.
“The damage is serious. Presumably, due to the large area of the facility, they decided to destroy a critical element, without which the entire oil depot cannot function,” the analysts said.
The attack by Ukrainian drones was also recorded by Russian monitoring groups, which reported the use of jet weapons. They were probably aimed at other targets.
FP-2 drones equipped with a warhead weighing more than 100 kilograms were used to attack the oil depot.
The FP-2 repeats the design of the long-range FP-1 drone, which is used to strike targets in the Russian rear.
At the same time, the FP-2 received an increased warhead – up to 105 kilograms, which reduced its flight range from 1,400 to 200 kilometers.
The drone is available in autonomous guidance and FPV configurations for precise operator control. Judging by the video, it was the FPV version that was used for the strike.
The FP-2 was first publicly presented by Fire Point at the MSPO exhibition in Kielce in early September 2025.
However, according to the manufacturer, the drone has been successfully used on the front line for some time.
