SOF (Special Operations Forces) snipers conducted a successful operation to eliminate the Russian military.

The Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about one of the many operations of its snipers.

Two Ukrainian snipers were ordered to advance in one of the directions for observation.

It was previously known that the enemy was planning an offensive in the area.

Due to radio interception, Ukrainian special forces realized that the enemy knew about the possible operation of snipers.

“Nevertheless, the “forewarned is forearmed” idiom did not work this time,” the special forces said.

Ukrainian snipers found two Russian soldiers and eliminated one of them.

However, after that, two more fighters came to the enemy’s aid.

During the combat work, the Ukrainian SOF snipers eliminated all four Russian soldiers.

“As a result, four corpses of the invaders decorated the landscape on one of our defensive lines,” the fighters said.

Such an operation is quite risky, because snipers can stumble upon enemy counter-sniper groups or mines. And if their sniper position is spotted, they can open fire with mortars and other weapons.

Recall that recently Ukrainian intelligence conducted a combat operation in the occupied part of the Kherson region. The Defence Intelligence said that they inflicted losses on the Russians and took one prisoner.
