The operators of the 8th Special Forces Regiment destroyed the manpower of invaders using FPV drones.

Also, strike drones hit the armored vehicles of Russians.

The video of the combat mission was published by the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, Ukrainian defenders spoke about the results of the battle.

On one of the sectors of the front in the Donetsk region, operators of the Special Operations Center West (former 8th Special Forces Regiment) conducted reconnaissance actions and discovered enemy armored vehicles.

The personnel of Russian invaders moved on the BMP-2 and BTR-82A armored personnel carrier. Footage of the video also captured enemy tanks that were not moving.

With a strike by FPV drones, the enemy’s equipment was knocked out.

After that, operators of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to destroy the Russian servicemen who were trying to hide near their damaged armored vehicles.

To eliminate Russian infantry and the final destruction of armored vehicles, Ukrainian defenders used FPVs with drone-dropped munitions and kamikazes.

According to the military, two IFVs and one APC of invaders were destroyed. One of the infantry fighting vehicles was in an upgraded version of the BMP-2M with the Berezhok turret.

During the battle, nine invaders were eliminated, four were wounded.

As previously reported, in March, the Defense Forces destroyed the Buk anti-aircraft system launcher with the help of reconnaissance capabilities of the SOF and the American HIMARS MRL on one of the sectors of the Ukrainian-Russian front.
