Satellite images have revealed six strikes on the Deng Xiaoping logistics complex in the Alabuga district of Tatarstan, where Shahed kamikaze drones are stored.
The Dnipro Osint Telegram channel published the images.
The attacks, conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) on August 9th and 12th, 2025, inflicted significant damage on the facility, located approximately 1,300 kilometers from Ukraine.
The photo shows traces of six hits, as well as repaired sections of the roof. This is also confirmed by the damaged ‘ВТБ’ (VTB) sign on the warehouse roof.
“Some of the holes have already been patched, but they had to sacrifice the neat ‘ВТБ’ (VTB) sign on the warehouse roof,” noted the author of Dnipro Osint.
The first strike on the Shahed storage terminal in Tatarstan took place on August 9th, 2025, when a Liutyi strike drone hit the target.
The attacks were carried out by long-range drones from the Alpha Group of the Special forces of Ukraine.
The terminal was used by companies supplying products and industrial components to Russia, some of which were intended for the production of Shahed drones in the Alabuga special economic zone.
The second strike was carried out on August 12th, 2025. It was also confirmed by the SSU:
“Long-range drones of the Alpha Group once again hit the logistics hub, where ready-to-use Shahed drones, as well as foreign components for them, were stored.”
The lack of detonation is likely due to the fact that the hub stored Shahed airframes without warheads.
Militarnyi previously reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces had struck infrastructure at the Donetsk Airport that the enemy had planned to use for Shahed kamikaze drones.
