Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, over 5 billion hryvnias were transferred to the Come Back Alive Foundation for the needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The Fund notes that this amount is equal to the entire defense budget of Ukraine for 2004 or 2.5 times the defense budget of Moldova for 2022.

This equals UAH 245 every second, and UAH 145 hryvnias per citizen of Ukraine. This amount in bills of hundreds could cover the entire distance between Kyiv and Izium (Kharkiv region).

Come Back Alive Foundation reported that with these funds, the Foundation has already provided 150 battalions with communication, transferring 14,837 radio stations.

3,736 units of thermal imaging equipment covered the needs of 100 units of the Defense Forces.

Other items purchased for the military include:

• 514 cars and 11 armored vehicles
• 3311 quadcopters
• 141 unmanned aerial systems, of which 11 are PD2s
• one Bayraktar TB2 UCAV.

The Fund of competent assistance to the military emphasizes that every fifth UAV on the frontline comes from the Come Back Alive Foundation.

In addition, the Defense Forces of Ukraine received:

• 6 simulators for Igla MANPADS operators. 2,000 soldiers were already trained using them.
• Since February, approximately 4,000 military personnel were trained by the Foundation’s instructors in aerial reconnaissance, sapper work, and shooting from closed positions.
• Fighters received 1,989 tablets with the Armor software for shooting from a closed position.

The Foundation emphasizes its incredible gratitude and responsibility to everyone who donates to the volunteers and helps the military in amounts from a few to millions of hryvnias.

“We are grateful to those who have been strengthening the military with us since 2014 and will do so until the complete victory of Ukraine in the war with Russia and even beyond that,” the foundation notes.

Come Back Alive Foundation was created and has been systematically assisting the Ukrainian military since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014.

Since then and until February 24, 2022, benefactors entrusted the Fund with over 281.6 million hryvnias for the needs of the military. And the amount of funds that were transferred after February 24 exceeded UAH 5 billion.
