The Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation has announced a fundraiser to purchase 10 mine rollers for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Prytula wrote about this on his social media pages on Tuesday.
The fundraising campaign to buy mine rollers for the Ukrainian military will last for two days.
Serhiy Prytula emphasized that the Ukrainian Defense Forces brigades currently involved in the counteroffensive are in dire need of mine rollers to successfully navigate through Russian minefields.
UAH 40 million must be urgently raised to purchase 10 mine rollers.
The campaign will last only two days. Such a deadline is due to the need to transfer the rollers to the Ukrainian military at the front line as soon as possible.
Prytula noted that if the foundation orders these rollers now, they could be at the front in September.
He also noted that “the more we collect, the more we will buy.”
Last month, the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation reported on the repaired Russian equipment seized by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of early July, the donors have transferred 34 units of various repaired and modernized equipment to the Ukrainian military. The equipment is being restored as part of the Trophy Armor project launched in 2022.
Last year, the number of trophy military equipment became significant, and some of this equipment needed to be repaired to return to the battlefield as part of the Ukrainian forces.
The Ukrainian servicemen are also receiving Kia KM450 cargo trucks that were stored at Bohdan Motors. The Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation purchased these vehicles were purchased at an auction.
