The Russians are preparing to hold a Main Naval Parade, which will be held on July 30, 2023 in St. Petersburg, while the ships are equipped with anti-drone equipment.

It is designed to jam satellite communications, including GPS and Galileo.

There is also unconfirmed information that this system can jam Starlink satellite communications.

The Russians claim that Pole-21 can operate at distances of up to 25 kilometers. A Pole-21 unified module is a R-340RP radio station that includes an instrument part and antenna modules.

Each element of the system contains one container with equipment and up to three antenna modules. The system also includes a remote control panel that provides control over 100 elements.

The Russians are preparing for a possible drone attack amid a recent attack on Moscow by kamikaze drones, co-called “Beavers”.

Militarnyi reported that on the morning of July 24, explosions rang out in several areas of Moscow.

Although the distance to St. Petersburg from the Ukrainian borders is twice as long, we should not exclude the possibility that the “Beavers” are able to fly there.
