Even more Russians report receiving the “invitations” to come to the military enlistment office under various pretexts.

This was reported by Militarnyi referencing the publication of “Kavkaz.Realii”.

Despite the statements of the president of russia, citizens continue to fear the general mobilization, which, according to some experts, has already covertly begun.

Kavkaz.Realii has found residents of southern russia and the North Caucasus who had already received such “summonses” and have discussed the causes and consequences of such “invitations” with the lawyers.

At first, the “Important Stories” project has announced the mass sending of messages about needing to show up at the military registration and enlistment office.

According to the media, Russian residents are receiving three types of documents: invitations to clarify data, enlist in the military or go to military training, which each reservist must attend with different frequency.

Several speakers have received telephone calls but not letters from the military registration and enlistment office.

All interviewees (approximately ten people) received a single type of document – an invitation to clarify the data at the military registration and enlistment office.

It was sent not only to those who served in the military but also to those who did not serve at all.

Summons for all the categories

All interviewees are convinced that this is just a pretense to send them to Ukraine.

“My family is from Sochi, we now live in Moscow, my brother is 20 years old, and he studies here at the local university. He did not serve – he started his studies immediately after finishing school, and even so, he has a medical certificate making him uneligible. He has now received a summons from his place of residence to appear before the military registration and enlistment office on March 16 to clarify the information. He is not going to go, ” said one of the interviewees.

Earlier, a similar summons arrived for a 32-year-old resident of Rostov-on-Don, who was declared unfit for military service due to an arm injury.

He visited the military registration and enlistment office, where he was summoned to military training. According to his relative, he “is going to go to war.”

Other respondents told Kavkaz.Realii that they do not intend to visit the military registration and enlistment office. Some of them received summonses at the place of their declared residence, where they had not been living for a long time.

“The summons simply came to the post office; it is lying at home at my parents’ house. I will not go to pick it up, and I will not visit the military registration and enlistment office – I am not an idiot; I do not need war. Moreover, it was not handed over to me personally as is required by law. Three more people at my work received the same papers – no one is going to go to the military registration and enlistment office, ” said the 25-year-old Rostov resident.

Issues related to the summonses are administered by the Southern Military District press service, where the telephone calls have not been answered since the beginning of the hostilities in Ukraine.

The military commissariat of the Rostov region also declined to comment.

Mobilized people at war

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian military into the territory of Ukraine, the mobilized Russian soldiers have been captured by the Ukrainian side.

On March 7th, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Russian women and promised that he would not involve Russian conscripts and reservists in the hostilities in Ukraine.

As early as March 9th, the Russian Ministry of Defense acknowledged that conscripts were fighting on the territory of Ukraine and assured that almost all of the mobilized soldiers have already been withdrawn.
