A Russian Su-25 jet aircraft crashed into the Sea of Azov near the Russian city of Yeysk in Kuban, the pilot died.
Local residents report about the incident on social networks.

According to the media of the aggressor country, on Tuesday afternoon, a Russian Su-25 jet aircraft crashed into the Yeisky estuary.
The aircraft fell about two kilometers from the city beach, many local residents became witnesses.
One of the captured videos shows how the aircraft fell into the water.
The footage features an opened parachute of the pilot, who ejected close to the surface of the sea.
According to the Telegram channels of the aggressor country, the pilot of the jet aircraft drowned. Attempts were made to resuscitate him in an ambulance after he was pulled from the water, but they were unsuccessful.
Later, another Russian Su-25 jet aircraft was caught on video, flying the same course as the downed jet aircraft.
The reasons for the fall are unknown. Due to the fact that the aircraft crashed on the territory of Russia, it was likely caused by a technical malfunction or other abnormal situation on board. It is currently unknown whether the two Russian Su-25 jet aircraft were returning from a combat mission or, on the contrary, heading to the front line to fire at Ukrainian positions.
In the city of Yeysk in the Krasnodar Krai, there is a Russian military airfield, which is used by the invaders for the planes that strike the southern part of the Russian-Ukrainian war front.
Su-25 is a highly protected combat aircraft. Vital aircraft systems are duplicated and protected. Special attention was paid to the protection of critical components and elements. such as the cockpit and the fuel system.
