The Lviv Regional State Administration reported that today, March 13, 2022, Russian aggressors launched an airstrike on the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security in Lviv region.
“According to preliminary data, they fired 8 missiles. Information about the victims is being established. All the details will be announced later,” the Lviv Regional State Administration said in a statement.
The International Center for Peacekeeping and Security is the Yavoriv military training area.
In addition, this morning’s explosions were heard in Ivano-Frankivsk, according to preliminary data, it were caused by missile strikes at the airport.
The mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv posted on Telegram.
“I remind you that the enemy’s goal is to sow panic and fear. The enemy can and will strike in the rear of Ukraine. You have to be as careful and cautious as possible when you hear reports of danger from official sources (from me, from the head of the military administration or from the “Alarm” application),” Martsinkiv wrote.
“And follow the instructions that are given to you! Residential areas close to the airport, I ask you to move if possible,” the mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk said.
As reported earlier, on March 11, the Russian army launched a missile strike on the Dnipro, Lutsk, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kharkiv.
