The Russian Federation invasion forces are preparing to intensify combat operations in the Donetsk Region.

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning of July 11, 2022.

The enemy continues to fire artillery and missile weapons at Ukrainian settlements in various directions.

Ukrainian servicemen record Russian units’ activity aimed to intensify combat operations in the Donetsk Region.

“In the Donetsk direction, there are signs of enemy units preparing to intensify combat operations in the Kramatorsk and Bakhmut areas,” the General Staff reported.

Throughout the frontline, invaders systematically fire at the positions of the Ukrainian forces in order to constrain their actions. The enemy’s assault and combat aviation is now more active.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops are conducting assault operations to improve their tactical position in the Novopavlivka direction.

The day before, the enemy did not take active actions in the Kramatorsk direction. Instead, they fired at Siversk, Zakitne, Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Spirne with cannon artillery. In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops used mortars, cannon and rocket artillery.

The enemy launched missile and air strikes near Berestove, Spirne, Striapivka, and Vuhlehirska Power Station. The enemy shelling was also recorded in the Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia directions.

Russian invaders launched more missile and air strikes near Orikhiv, as well as air strikes near Volodymyrivka, Pavlivka, and Novoandriivka.

The General Staff reported that another offensive attempt by the Russian invaders in the direction of Marinka failed completely. The invaders shamefully ran away coming under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Previously, explosions and large-scale fires at the ammunition depots of the Russian invasion forces were reported in Alchevsk and Shakhtarsk.
