Russian propagandists announced the death of 40 Ukrainian prisoners of war.

Telegram channels run by Russian invaders massively report the death of Ukrainians who were kept in a penitentiary facility in Olenivka village of the Donetsk Region. They refer to the statement of the so-called “First Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR” Danil Bessonov.

The Russian disinformation network is promoting a story of an alleged “attack” at the prison from the Ukrainian side. In addition to the 40 dead, propagandists claim 130 POWs are wounded.
