The Ukrainian army found and destroyed a modern anti-aircraft missile system of the russian military.

According to the Operational Command North, Buk-M2 was destroyed in the Chernihiv region.

The anti-aircraft missile system was disguised under trees. The SAM was found by an unidentified UAV of the Ukrainian forces.

Ukrainian forces inflicted a fire at russian system. SAM “Buk-M2” caught fire and was disabled.

Buk-M2 – anti-aircraft missile system designed by the russian Scientific Research Institute of Instrument. It was accepted for service in the russian army in 2008.

In early March 2022, the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 destroyed the Russian Buk-M2 SAM.
