Russia’s occupying forces are preparing disinformation attacks on the use of chemical weapons against the inhabitants of Donbas by Ukraine and the United States.

Volunteers of the international community of InformNapalm received and published the document of information operations of the so-called “Ministry of Information of the DPR.”

It was reported that the document from the occupied territory is supposedly intended for curators from Russian special services.

ation activities against Ukraine.

Headline: “Report on information countermeasures aimed at informing the population of Ukraine and residents, temporarily controlled by the territory of Donbass for 2021.”

As the insider assures, the report indicates the facts of accomplished tasks in the information sphere set by the “Ministry” curators from Russian special services.

According to the report, in 2021, the employees of this structure, which can be considered information and psychological sabotages against Ukraine, carried out 53 direct active information measures.

Staging with chemical weapons

Especially interesting is paragraph 54, the action is on pause “to special order”.

Paragraph 54 of the document states that disinformation and staged photographs about the overthrow of the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with American and NATO specialists of chemical weapons have already been created and prepared for publication.

Chemical weapons in the staging should be transferred to the withdrawal line and preparation for the use of substances against the residents of the “DPR” was demonstrated.

Recall that recently, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Ukraine, together with the United States, is preparing a provocation in the Donbas using chemical weapons.

The next day, the United States denied disinformation spread by Russian Defense Minister Shoigu, allegedly Ukraine and the United States are preparing a provocation with chemical weapons.

“The statements of Minister Shoigu are absolutely untrue”, said John Kirby, spokesperson of the US Department of Defense.

Exposed staging

Points 49-51 in the document are also noteworthy:

• 49. Shot a staging video of Ukrainian soldiers leading fire from a 120 mm caliber mortar in Donetsk. The video was posted on the previously hacked website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (more than 100 thousand views);
• 50. staged video with the appeal of Ukrainian soldiers to Zelensky from Staromaryivka, who declare their deplorable situation and heavy losses. The video was posted on the previously hacked website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (more than 500 thousand views);
• 51. disinformation was published on the previously hacked network resource Dialogue. UA: a comment of the allegedly Minister of Defense of Ukraine Taran that the UAV Bayraktar wasn’t used in the Donbas and a video with a battery of howitzers of the DPR – fake (more than 20 million views);

In October 2021, the Military recorded and exposed the beginning of the distribution of staged videos with the fake military of Ukraine, using fake sites.

A copy of the website of the Project Reform Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was created to spread fake information.

Staged videos are distributed on the fake site. In these videos, dressed in military unknown people tell that they are in a lowland near the village of Staromaryivka. Also on the fake site released staged video with allegedly shelling Donetsk.

Then, the Russian agents who created the provocation made a mistake, and did not pay attention to the fact that the Reform Project Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was officially removed in 2020.

Since 2020, no news has been published on the site.

Hacker attacks

Also in October, the Ukrainian edition of Dialogue.UA really suffered a hacking attack.

Then the hackers used the site to publish fake news about the first combat use in the Donbas UAV of the Turkish production Bayraktar TB2. They did it on behalf of the Minister of Defense Andriy Taran.

Immediately after the attack and the placement of the false statement of the Minister, the Russian media began to spread this false information, referring to the publication from the hackers.

Representatives of InformNapalm emphasize that this document can also be part of provocation and information warfare.
