Russia has lost a Su-34 fighter-bomber, an aircraft heavily used by occupying forces to deliver guided aerial bombs.

The information comes from posts by Russian propagandists Kirill Fyodorov and the Fighterbomber Telegram channel.

There are unconfirmed reports that the aircraft was shot down over the Black Sea, but this information has not yet been independently verified.

The fate of the pilot and navigator of the downed Su-34 remains unknown. According to preliminary information, they were killed.

In October 2025, Russian forces sharply increased the number of guided aerial bomb strikes on Ukrainian territory.

Over the course of a month, the invaders carried out more than 5,328 bomb drops on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and frontline cities.

This is the highest number of guided bombs used in a single month since the beginning of the year.
