Yuri Solomonov, Chief Designer of Moscow Institute for Heat Technology told how Russia aided to North Korean missile program in his interview for #ZAUGLOM, informs Ukrainian Military Portal with reference to Yuri Solomonov’s interview.
Mr.Solomonov confirmed that Russian specialists from the State Missile Center visited North Korea back in 90s to provide training for local engineers and delivered design documents with some missile technology.
“If you pay enough money, you will get the design documents… It wasn’t about training or giving lectures – it was about selling the design documents. Saying design documents I mean missile design and technology. And then it was just a matter of investing money into manufacturing and technology potential to build up their own missile industry“, – told Yuri Solomonov

We remind our readers that on August 14, 2017 the New York Times published material accusing Ukraine of missile technology transfer to North Korea to help develop its own missiles.
This publication provoked immediate reaction of that time Ukrainian authorities.
Mr. Oleksandr Turchinov, the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine has stated that such information is false and Ukrainian defense and aerospace enterprises have never delivered armament and mIlitary technologies to North Korea.
