On the night of November 22, the Russian military attacked the Orlivka international checkpoint on Ukraine’s border with Romania.

This was reported by the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Russian attack drones damaged the infrastructure of the ferry complex.

As a result of the attack, the operation of the checkpoint has been temporarily suspended. All necessary measures are currently being taken to eliminate the consequences.

The Romanian Ministry of National Defence confirmed the activity of Russian drones in the Izmail area. At 01:33 a.m., an urgent warning message was sent to residents of the northern part of Tulcea County.

To monitor the situation, two F-16 fighter jets were launched from the 86th air base. They monitored the airspace near the border with Ukraine to prevent possible incidents.
