Russian media reported that shells hit the facade. The right wing and upper floor were also damaged. A fire broke out inside the building.

At the same time, it’s noted that Pushilin himself was not injured and “is in a safe place.”

A Russian journalist who was in the middle of the event reported that there were five direct hits on the building.
