Given that the strike was carried out by Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles with a penetrating warhead, the explosion occurred inside the building and caused significant damage.

The important naval targets included the Yamal and Azov landing ships near Cape Fiolent.
Another target was the naval communication hub and infrastructure facilities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, including the permanent deployment point of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation.
According to the so-called governor of Sevastopol, this was the most massive attack in recent memory.
There was also a powerful explosion in the area of Kozacha Bay when the missile arrived.
It was related to the destruction of a warehouse with missile and artillery weapons used by a Russian marine brigade.
