A photo of the missile attack aftermath on two Russian ferries in the temporarily occupied Crimea was published online.

Military reported on this.

The Russians actively used these ships to provide their group of troops on the peninsula.

On the eve of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that on the night of May 30, ATACMS ballistic missiles had successfully hit the ferry crossing in Crimea.

The Ukrainian military demonstrated the corresponding satellite images. Subsequently, photos appeared taken on the deck of the ferries themselves.

The Military Journal Telegram channel found that two separate ferries were hit at two different locations.

In particular, the Avangard railway ferry was hit in the small port of Crimea on the outskirts of the temporarily occupied city of Kerch.

The CONRO TRADER railway ferry near the berth of the Kerch Sea Fishing Port was also damaged.

Judging by the photo, the Avanguard ferry received a hole in the upper deck. Four crew members were also reported injured. The photo indicates that the ship has a roll after impact.

At the same time, the CONRO TRADER ship was presumably not as critically damaged. Images indicate damage to the side and traces of burning on the deck, which are the result of the explosion of the missile warheads. It is stated that one crew member had been injured in the impact.

On the morning of May 31, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported that the damaged ship had begun to be moved. He was pulled away from the dock.

It is known from open data that only two of these ferries carried railway cars to Kerch. Therefore, even the temporary loss of ships will lead to problems of military logistics of the Russian invaders in the Crimea.
