Penza: Elektropribor and Radiozavod Enterprises Were Damaged as a Result of Drone Attack

In Penza, two enterprises producing electronic equipment for the Russian Armed Forces were damaged by drone attacks: Elektropribor and Radiozavod.

Elektropribor, which was hit, is one of Russia’s leading electronics manufacturers specializing in the manufacture of military products for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defence.

In particular, the plant produces complexes of technical means of cryptographic protection, equipment for increasing the reliability of data transmission, reception and distribution, as well as equipment for cryptographic protection of speech, documentary and fax information.

In addition, the company manufactures switching equipment, signal conversion devices for transmitting digital information, as well as modems and multiplexers for transmitting data via tone frequency channels and digital communication channels.

According to a video posted by a local resident, the drone strike occurred at coordinates 53.223866353, 44.9628010631, while the location of the shooting is located at coordinates 53.225610258, 44.948421587.

In addition, attack drones also struck the Radiozavod enterprise, which specializes in the production of modern communications equipment for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In particular, these include control systems, Ranzhyr battery command posts, radio stations, the Polyana-D4M1 automated combat management system, and command and control vehicles based on armored vehicles.

In addition, the company produces PU-12M6 and PU-12M7 mobile control centers, as well as PORI-P1M and PORI-P2VM mobile posts for automated radar information processing.

Earlier, Militarnyi reported that on July 31, 2025, the Radiozavod enterprise had already been struck by attack drones.

At that time, the Governor of the Penza region of the Russian Federation confirmed the attack and the fire at “one of the industrial enterprises.”

“Enemy drones attacked one of our industrial enterprises again. There were no casualties or damage. There is a fire on the territory of the enterprise, which is now being eliminated…” Melnichenko wrote.
