The memorandum provides for increased production of various types of UAVs, research and development in the field of autonomous systems, as well as in the space and other technological sectors of strategic industries of the two countries. Other technical cooperation between Ukraine and Turkey is provided for as well, which is necessary for the development of strategic industries of both sides. When forming the aid package, the Administration of the President of the United States conducted extensive consultations with allies and partners.

Contents of the aid package

It likely regards the towed M777, of which, according to some estimates, about 130 units are in service with the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
