Members of the crew of the patrol boat Slovyansk of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who died in battle while performing a combat mission, were awarded state awards.

The decree №128/2022 on state awards was signed by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Volodymyr Zelensky.
The Order For Courage of the 3rd degree was awarded to:
Badion Bogdan Ruslanovych – Seaman
Badul Anatoliy Serhiyovych – Senior Lieutenant
Bezvugly Ivan Ivanovych – Senior Soldier
Voroshilov Dmytro Oleksiyovych – Sergeant
Kiselyov Yegor Serhiyovych – Seaman
Kot Vladyslav Mykolayovych – Junior Sergeant
Mokanu Hryhoriy Isydonovych – Able Seaman
Nevmerzhytsky Ruslan Viktorovych – Seaman
Savitsky Mykyta Ihorovych – Senior Lieutenant.
It was previously reported that the Russian aggressor struck at the Island-class patrol boat Slovyansk of the Ukrainian Navy.
During its combat mission, the ship was attacked from the air.
During the battle, the boat was damaged and sank. The crew bravely resisted until the last moment.
During the search and rescue operation, thanks to professionalism, training, and confident actions, part of the crew was rescued. The rest of the crew went missing.
From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Slovyansk patrol boat P190 conducted patrols to defend Ukraine from the sea.
