Ukraine and Poland are establishing a Joint Working Group on Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
The relevant Memorandum was signed today in Kyiv with the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense of Poland Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal on his social media pages.
The Ministry of Defense also said that Ukraine is ready to share its experience and train Polish military and engineers on how to implement defense systems in various fields.
“We are taking our security cooperation to a new level in response to Russian terror that threatens Ukraine and other European countries,” Shmyhal said.

The ministers also signed a Joint Declaration on Strengthening Security and Defense Cooperation.
In this document, they agreed to deepen cooperation in key areas, including SAFE and PURL.
The Defense Ministry and its Polish counterpart also signed a letter of appeal to NATO defense ministers.
They called on the allies to send experts to the Joint Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC) and actively participate in its projects.
It has also recently become known that ADS Group, the UK’s industry association for the aerospace, defense, security, and space industries, has offered membership to defense companies from Ukraine for the first time.
