An Irish volunteer hit six D-20 and D-30 guns of the invaders with an FPV drone in one day.
The volunteer’s story was published on the Butusov Plus YouTube channel.
The targets were hit near Avdiivka, where a volunteer from the Terra unit was destroying the enemy.
The volunteer himself is a 19-year-old Irish citizen from Dublin who decided to join the Ukrainian Defense Forces after turning 18.
He first joined the International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine, and later signed a contract with the 3rd Assault Brigade.
The unit’s commander noted that the “Irishman” demonstrates excellent results in destroying Russian troops.
In addition to striking the enemy’s artillery, which was preventing the Ukrainian defenders from moving forward, the “Irishman” also managed to inflict losses on the enemy infantry.
For such a high performance, he was awarded a Glock 17 honorary weapon as a reward by his commanding officer.
It should be noted that the man speaks good Ukrainian, as he has Ukrainian parents and speaks Ukrainian all the time in the family.
Militarnyi previously reported on FPV drones of the 3rd assault brigade destroying the enemy’s artillery battery.
Then, during a night overflight, reconnaissance drones discovered four enemy D-30 howitzers and two more D-20 howitzers on the outskirts of the city.
The Russian artillery was detected by the fighters of the Krylia company and eliminated by the crew of the Over head FPV drones.
