Members of the international intelligence community — InformNapalm, together with operators of the Special Operations Forces — evacuated two Ukrainian citizens who were illegally mobilized by the self-proclaimed “LPR” (Luhansk People Republic) authorities.

It was noted that these two Ukrainians decided to surrender to the Ukrainian military after the appeal published by Vitalii Ovcharenko, blogger and activist from Donetsk.

Now he himself serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Illegally mobilized men contacted Vitalii Ovcharenko, after that a special operation was organized.

“During a carefully planned joint operation, the participants of the InformNapalm international intelligence community, together with the operators of the SOF of Ukraine, met and brought to safety two citizens of Ukraine who fell under forced mobilization in the so-called LPR, but made the right decision “not to be cannon fodder” for the Russians and contacted Vitalii,” the report said.

The time and place of the meeting were agreed with the evacuees.

By agreement, they will not participate in hostilities, they will be given shelter and the opportunity to return to peaceful life.

InformNapalm also announced an interview with two evacuated Ukranians.

Information about the forced mobilization of citizens of Ukraine in the territory of the Lugansk region, which was occupied after February 24, 2022, appeared in early August.

In particular, information about such the activities of the occupation authorities came from Starobilsk, Stanytsia Luhanska and Bilokurakyne.
