Military equipment of the Russian invasion forces was neutralized in the southern direction of defense.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the Grouping of troops “South”.
The released video features the work of the Ukrainian anti-tank defense crew.
The Russian BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle was neutralized by a guided missile of the Stugna-P Ukrainian anti-tank system.
It is noteworthy that the BMP was moving quite fast along the highway. During its entire move, it was accompanied by a Ukrainian ATGM operator.
After choosing the right moment, the operator launched the Stugna-P guided missile and continued to keep the infantry fighting vehicle of the Russian invaders in sight.
A few seconds later, the missile hit the infantry fighting vehicle, which led to a powerful explosion and further burning.
Stugna-P is a second-generation Ukrainian anti-tank missile system. It is developed by the Luch Design Bureau.
The system is semi-automatic and is equipped with a laser beam guidance system. The system can fire 130mm or 152 mm caliber missiles with various warheads installed in the cargo container.
Yesterday, the General Staff declared the liberation of the village of Mykolayivka in the Kherson region. Upon the successful offensive of the Defense Forces units, the enemy suffered losses and withdrew.
It was reported that this led to panic among the servicemen of other units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Recently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in the Kherson region in several directions simultaneously. The aim of the operation is to split the enemy group into several parts.
