Hanna Malyar, Deputy Defense Minister, commented on the news about the damage done to the railway tracks in the Belgorod region:
“Indeed, during the war, in the first place, the objects of critical infrastructure of the military and logistics facilities are destroyed by both sides – roads, bridges, so that each side cannot deliver not only ammunition but even fuel or supplies. Today, part of Kharkiv, Kharkiv region is being blocked by the enemy. On our side, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to complicate the process of delivering whatever it is they are trying to accumulate there, and basically, it is another military operation. That is, even where there are no active battles, where the process of strengthening the enemy is ongoing, there is also the process of counteraction. And right now, this is happening in the Kharkiv region,” said Hanna Malyar, Deputy Minister of Defense, when commenting on the damage to railway tracks in the Belgorod region.
