Israel used an FPV drone to strike a moving target in Lebanon.
A video of the attack was published by Israeli journalist Amit Segal.
The footage shows the strike on a motorcyclist identified as a Hezbollah militant.
The strike took place in the western sector, as confirmed by the journalist citing military sources.
It is noted that the operation was carried out by an Israeli army unit identified as Unit 226.
The FPV drone made a precise hit on a moving target, indicating the use of pursuit tactics.
Such use of FPV drones was previously characteristic primarily of the war in Ukraine.
At the same time, the emergence of such footage indicates the expanding use of inexpensive strike drones in other conflicts as well.
In particular, Israel is actively increasing its use of unmanned systems in countering irregular forces.
In this case, the FPV drone made it possible to strike a mobile target without resorting to more expensive weapons.
The spread of such technologies signals a shift in approaches to tactical operations, where drones are becoming a key tool for precision strikes.
As a reminder, Hezbollah recently used an FPV drone to strike an Israeli Merkava tank.
