The United Kingdom will be handing over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine the Malloy T150 drones to carry equipment and ammunition to the troops on the front line.

Sky News reported about the possibility of these drones being shipped.

The drones are part of a new military aid package announced by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

The new British military aid package of 300 million pounds ($375 million) was announced on Tuesday, May 3.

Quadcopters were tested by the British Royal Marines.

The drones have a flight range of 70 km and can carry approximately 68 kg of cargo.

The Malloy T150 drones are designed by the British enterprise Malloy Aeronautics.

Malloy T150 drone has a maximum flying time of 36 minutes.

The T150 can fly in all weather and has been successfully tested in rainy, windy, snowy, and desert conditions. The T150 is controlled via laptop using points on a map to determine its flight route.

The drone is quite compact, which allows it to be folded into a special case.

It was previously reported that the UK government will be sending 13 protective armored vehicles to Ukraine to assist in the safe evacuation of civilians.

The vehicles will start arriving in the east of Ukraine in the coming days. The UK government logistics teams are working with partners on the ground to dispatch them as quickly as possible.
