Training of the junior Armed Forces of Ukraine commanders has started in Great Britain.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this.
The program includes basic level training for junior commanders. This course was developed on the basis of the Ukrainian training program for non-commissioned officers, with consideration of the combat experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Training includes classes in leadership, psychological, methodical, fire, technical, and tactical training, as well as International Humanitarian Law.
Training is conducted by the Ukrainian and British instructors and includes foreign models of weapons and military equipment.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine notes that after successful completion of training, servicemen will be appointed to the positions of unit commanders of various military branches.
This course expands the existing INTERFLEX training program of the Ukrainian military in the United Kingdom, which was previously providing only basic general military training for Ukrainian soldiers.
Ukrainian military personnel continues their training through the INTERFLEX program in Great Britain.
At the end of September, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released a video featuring this military training.
It is taking place at military bases in Great Britain. In general, approximately 10,000 military personnel are planned to undergo training during the INTERFLEX program.
As of mid-September, almost 5,000 Ukrainian military personnel have undergone training in Britain.
Currently, instructors from Canada, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom itself are involved in INTERFLEX.
