Germany has shipped a new shipment of military aid to Ukraine, featuring specialized and armored vehicles, air defense systems, ammunition, and additional weaponry.
The update was officially shared on the German federal government website.
Over the past four weeks, Germany has delivered to Ukraine 24 FFG MRAP Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles, two WiSENT 1 MC mine-clearing tanks, two additional mine ploughs, and two border protection vehicles.
Three GEPARD self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, 10,000 35-mm ammunition rounds for GEPARD self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, and an undisclosed number of IRIS-T SLM missiles were delivered.

In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Forces received 30 drone detection systems. These are likely to strengthen Ukrainian units of interceptor drone operators, who target Russian reconnaissance UAVs.
Also delivered were 30 GEREON RCS tracked unmanned ground vehicles and 50 Vector reconnaissance drones manufactured by Quantum-Systems.
The update also mentions new plans for future deliveries, including 279 laser range finders.
Militarnyi previously reported that the German company Helsing will manufacture 6,000 HX-2 artificial intelligence strike drones for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The HX-2 drone, with an X-shaped wing and tail fin, was introduced only at the end of 2024. It is designed to target armored vehicles, artillery systems, and other military targets, including buildings.
The drone itself weighs 12 kg and is equipped with four electric motors in the tail section, reaching a maximum speed of 220 kilometers per hour. According to Helsing, this kamikaze drone has a range of up to 100 km.
