Estonian authorities approved a new military aid package for Ukraine.
Kaja Kallas, Head of the Estonian government, announced this on October 13.
This assistance package for Ukraine will be delivered fairly quickly.
It includes winter gear, equipment, and ammunition.
“We transfer the winter gear, equipment, and ammunition to Ukraine. We will deliver them fast,” Kallas wrote on her Twitter on Thursday.
She also called for expediting assistance for Ukraine so that it could liberate its territories.
“Let’s speed up our help so Ukrainians can free their territories. This is the way to peace,” stated the Head of the Estonian government.
In early October, Estonia handed over military drones, which the Russian with dual citizenship purchased for the Russian invasion army, to the Ukrainians.
The man wanted to transfer the drones to Russian troops to use in the war in Ukraine.
Estonian gunners are also training the Ukrainian military to operate FH70 towed howitzers.
This September, Estonia handed over a second modern mobile hospital to Ukraine.
Additionally, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received the latest Estonian PK-14 anti-tank mines. They can penetrate about 50mm of steel armor at a distance of 50 meters.
