Drones reportedly attacked the gas tanks of the Novatek terminal in the seaport of Ust-Luga, Leningrad region.
This information was reported by the media.
According to local residents, they heard the sounds of flying drones before the explosions. In addition, Russian sources reported the operation of air defense systems in the region.
At the time of the attack on the tank, three civilian vessels flying the flags of Belgium, Libya, and Oman were in the port.
It should be noted that Russian monitoring channels reported that unidentified aerial targets were moving toward St. Petersburg.
At the last moment, they changed their direction and attacked the port infrastructure.
