Drones Cover 1,250 km to Strike Industrial Facility in Orenburg

Strike drones traveled 1,250 kilometers and damaged an industrial facility in the Russian city of Orenburg.

Orenburg Region Governor Yevgeny Solntsev reported that the drones entered the region at around 6:00 a.m.

An emergency Carpet security regime was immediately imposed, and Orenburg Airport suspended all arriving and departing flights.

“Ukrainian Armed Forces drones attempted to attack one of the region’s industrial facilities,” the Russian governor stated.

He confirmed that the drones reached the industrial site but did not disclose the full extent of the damage.

“Meanwhile, the enterprise’s infrastructure sustained minor damage. In addition, one downed unmanned aerial vehicle fell in a populated area,” Solntsev reported.

Russia’s Ministry of Defense stated that six drones were allegedly shot down over the Orenburg Region.
