The Pentagon has invited Ukrainian companies to participate in the first phase of the Drone Dominance Program.

A list of 25 selected suppliers was published on the U.S. Department of War’s website.

The Ukrainian companies included are General Cherry, a drone manufacturer, and Ukrainian Defense Drones Tech.

The first-phase Gauntlet evaluation will begin on February 18 at Fort Benning, where military operators will fly and assess the suppliers’ systems.

The Gauntlet phase will conclude in early March, when contracts worth approximately $150 million will be awarded for prototype deliveries. Deliveries are expected to begin shortly afterward and continue over the following five months.

Little is publicly known about Ukrainian suppliers’ participation in the Drone Dominance Program, particularly regarding Ukrainian Defense Drones Tech, though the company’s name is self-explanatory. By contrast, General Cherry(GENERAL CHERRY CORP) is a well-known drone manufacturer in Ukraine.

Its product lineup includes a wide range of FPV drones, including AIR Pro and Bullet interceptor drones, as well as fiber-optic-guided drones.
