The attack allegedly took place on May 15 at 11 p.m. local time.
It is stated that a drone dropped three ammunitions on a building in the Kursk region.
Five border guards were hospitalized in a local hospital.
It is reported that one received a shrapnel wound in the stomach, and the other one got a shrapnel wound in the neck.
Two more Russian border guards have shrapnel wounds to their faces.
Another Russian suffered shrapnel damage to his thigh.
Previously, on the night of May 10, two unknown drones attacked a military training ground in the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the drones were filled with explosives. The UAVs exploded during the fall. About 14 Russian soldiers were injured, and no casualties were reported.
According to the reports, the incident took place in the settlement of Olkhovatka, located at a distance of about 45 kilometers away from the border with Ukraine. The Russian troops were stationed there. From there, the invaders deployed units to hostilities in Ukraine.
