DIU’s Special Operation: Lieutenant Colonel – Commander of a Group of Rosgvardia Special Forces Eliminated in Russia

In Russia, a lieutenant colonel of the Rosgvardia (Russian National Guard – ed.) was killed in a bomb attack, along with his assistant and driver.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported this.

The agency posted a video of the special operation on the territory of the aggressor country on social media.

It is reported that the successful operation was carried out on September 27, 2025, with the support of the Caucasus liberation movement.

“Three Russian servicemen were eliminated on the territory of the aggressor state – near the village of Tambukan, Stavropol Territory,” the DIU stated.

According to military intelligence, the killed lieutenant colonel was the head of a group of the enemy’s Avangard special forces. Two of his subordinates were killed along with him.

The footage of the video shows that the Russian guards were killed as a result of a remote explosion. The Russians were en route to the training ground.

The day before, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine also published personal data, including phone numbers, email addresses, and individual tax numbers of Russian war criminals involved in the missile attacks on Ukraine.
