The Phantom unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has conducted new strikes against Russian troops in temporarily occupied Crimea.
A video of the operation was posted on the DIU’s social media.
The footage captures kamikaze drones performing maneuvers to evade missiles from Russian Tor-M2 anti-aircraft systems.
In one case, a missile flew by, in another, it detonated nearby, but the drone continued to fly.
During the attack, external drone pilots hit two Project 02510 BK-16 amphibious assault boats with Russian soldiers on board.
Given the possible use of a warhead with an aerial explosive function, the sailors could have suffered numerous shrapnel wounds.
In addition, the drone hit a patrol boat of the 03160 Raptor project. The strike took place in the area of the Uprata-Kord combat module and a superstructure with a radar station.
Another strike hit a 9A331M2 combat vehicle, part of the Tor-M2 anti-aircraft system, hitting the rear of the turret in the area of the target detection radar station.
As a result of the strikes reported by Militarnyi on March 19, the DIU’s kamikaze drones destroyed three Pantsyr-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun systems and a Mi-8 helicopter.
Radar systems were damaged, including two 48YA6-K1 Podlet stations designed to detect air targets at long distances, two 1L125 Niobium-SV radars used to detect enemy electronic equipment, and three 39N6 Kasta 2E2 stations that detect and track air objects.
In addition, the fire control system for the 9S19 Imbir air defense system, as well as the Nebo-M, 59N6-E Protyvnik-GE, and Mys radar stations, were hit.
Additionally, a launcher from the S-300SV system and command posts of the ST-68 and 39N6 Kasta 2E2 radars were hit.
In addition to ground targets, the attack also affected the Russian navy: the C4236 project transport and towing vessel, and the Fedor Uryupin universal tugboat were hit.
