In 2024, the Defense Forces received 90 Ai-Petri SV systems for countering technical intelligence.

MP Petro Poroshenko stated that the last eight systems of the year had been received by the military on New Year’s Eve.

The systems include Starlink, EcoFlow charging stations, generators and pickups.

The last batch was received by:

• The 414th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Aircraft Systems “Madyar’s Birds”;
• the Alpha Special Forces Unit of the Security Service of Ukraine;
• the reserve of one of the Operational Strategic Groups;
• military personnel covering critical infrastructure facilities.

“Our own production of the systems runs 24/7, seven days a week. This is because their effectiveness is impeccable, and therefore the interest in the systems in the Armed Forces is enormous,” Poroshenko explained.

Since the fall of 2023, Petro Poroshenko has invested more than UAH 200 million in the production of these Ai-Petri SV systems for countering technical reconnaissance.

As it is stated, they cover thousands of kilometers of the front line.

The Ai-Petri SV is capable of detecting the position of a Russian UAV pilot and disorienting FPV drones.

The system consists of an electronic warfare system, a modern radar station and an anti-drone device.

Supposedly, the system also uses laser emitters that can blind the optical devices of Russian drones.

“When I saw <,,,> that this electronic warfare system is capable of blinding Zala and Orlan UAVs, it seemed like a fantasy. But our team believed the developers,” Poroshenko stated earlier about the system.

The pickup trucks, which are handed over to the Ai-Petri crews, are equipped with a six-band electronic warfare (EW) system.
