At the DFNC2: International Defense Industries Forum in Kyiv, American D&M Holding Company signed a cooperation agreement with Ukroboronprom to jointly produce ammunition and special chemicals.
Militarnyi’s correspondent reported on this.
Oleh Huliak, Head of UkrOboronProm, and Dan Powers, CEO of D&M Holding Company, signed the agreement.
This is a continuation of the already established cooperation.
“We are very grateful and look forward to the new products and projects that the Ukrainian industry is working on to continue our joint work with you in the future,” Dan Powers said during the signing of the agreement.
The details of the deal were not disclosed, but one of the D&M representatives noted that the company has been cooperating with Ukraine since the beginning of the invasion and has been helping to build the defense industry. And this agreement is a continuation of that cooperation.
“This is about real cooperation because this war will end, and after that, Ukraine will have a great defense industry that the whole world will need. So we will continue our work after the war is over,” another company representative added.
In September of this year, it was reported that the American D&M Holding Company constructed an ammunition factory in Ukraine.
The company has now completed the construction of a new factory in Ukraine and is ramping up and expanding production.
D&M is not a company that will control the production of ammunition, but is only a builder of the facility.
The company is a provider of turnkey ammunition manufacturing solutions for government and commercial customers seeking large-scale engineering and production solutions.
Products and services include equipment design and manufacturing, as well as engineering and consulting services.
