In Russian-occupied Crimea, vacationers photoed the launchers of the S-400 air defense system near Yevpatoriia.

Photos featuring Russian weapons were released on social networks.

The Russian Radio Svoboda writes about it.

It was reported that the photos were taken in the area of Lake Terekly (Solone) near the village of Molochne.

The operation of Russian air defense in this area was reported on August 19 and 20.

OSINT researcher Benjamin Pittet drew attention to a photo of air defense systems visible in the distance, released in late July by a VKontakte user. The photo contained geographic coordinates.

A new photo confirms the location of the air defense battery near Yevpatoria. The equipment arrived on site around July 20.

These coordinates show that the photos were taken near Molochne.

Journalists managed to find close-up pictures of geolocating systems at this location. They were released by the VKontakte user.

The Planet.com satellite imagery service allows to see the location of this air defense system from space.

According to Radio Svoboda, the S-400 SAMs were deployed between July 15 and 22.

As previously reported, yesterday Crimean occupying authorities informed about the operation of Russian air defence on the peninsula.

It was reported that an unidentified aircraft was hit near Belbek airport from the Yevpatoriia side.
