In early January, China made four flights of Boeing 747-4FTF transport aircraft to Belarus and transferred unidentified cargo.
This was reported by Belarusian analysts from the Belarus Gayun group.
According to the community, in early January, atypical activity of the Chinese Air China Cargo airline was recorded at the Minsk national airport in Belarus.
Within four days, Boeing 747-4FTF reportedly made four flights on the route Urumqi – Minsk:
The analysts also noted that the logistics center serving cargo flights is located at the Minsk national airport.
According to the analysts group, all cargo aircraft are usually parked in special parking lots, but the Chinese B-2476 this time parked at the 1А parking lot, which is reserved for servicing government aircraft.
Journalists of the Belarusian opposition portal motolko.help asserted that Air China Cargo brought military equipment from China to Belarus.
According to them, the cargo likely bypassed customs checks and immediately left the airport. They also noticed that all flights arrived in Minsk at the same time – from 09:30 to 10:10.
After that, according to them, the plane stayed in Belarus for about three hours. Journalists noted that this time was enough for unloading.
Analysts suppose that the flights could be carried out in two batches: January 8 and 9, as well as January 10 and 11.
Recall that the Chinese armored vehicles CS/VN3 Dajiang have been in service with Belarus since 2017. In 2018, the delivery to Minsk of one of the batches of vehicles was recorded on video. The footage shows that they were brought to Belarus using the same Boeing 747-4FTF of the Air China Cargo.
Belarus also has a Polonez MRL with Chinese components. The development of Polonez is carried out within the framework of agreements signed in 2013 between the governments of China and Belarus.
