In the Luhansk region, a building where the Russian invaders were staying has been damaged.

As it can be seen from the videos published on Telegram channels, there are dead and wounded among the Russians.

They are also trying to get those who remain under the rubble.

Eyewitnesses note that the hit was inflicted on a dormitory in the city of Svatove, where the mercenaries of the Wagner PMC were based.

The number of casualties among the Russian invaders has not yet been reported.

The Russians claim that the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the building with M142 HIMARS artillery rocket systems.

The released footage shows that the building suffered serious damage. Parts of the walls were destroyed, and the windows were broken.

The day before, a similar situation occurred in the temporarily occupied city of Kadiivka in the Luhansk region. A series of explosions took place there. According to the Russians, in the evening of December 10, the Armed Forces of Ukraine targeted a hotel that was not working. Therefore, the invaders claim, there was no one inside. At the same time, a number of Telegram channels reported that as a result of the strike, the base of the fighters of the so-called Wagner PMC had been destroyed.

As previously reported, the Russian invasion forces are equipping long-term defensive positions (Pillboxes – ed.) in the Luhansk region in the Svatove direction. Russian defensive lines are also formed by ditches, trenches, and dugouts for infantry.

Pillboxes are created using reinforced concrete sections that have embrasures. The size of the embrasure allows small arms fire.

The task of anti-tank detentions in the form of concrete pyramids, which are called dragon’s teeth, is to delay the advance of tanks and other armored vehicles.

In order to effectively stop the tanks, the dragon’s teeth must be placed in several rows in staggered order and be dug in. The Russians do not dig them in, but install them in lines, so they can be blown away by armored vehicles or special engineering vehicles.
