The invaders are not stopping their strikes at the frontier communities of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Yesterday, a hit was launched on the Esman and Seredyno-Budsk districts of the Sumy region along with the Semenivka district in the Chernihiv region.

The enemy used self-propelled guns and mortars.

Two artillery strikes were launched at the territory of the Esman district. More than half a hundred explosions were recorded. A local resident was injured, and civilian infrastructure was damaged.

In the Seredyno-Budsk district, the invaders opened fire with mortars and artillery – almost two dozen incoming shells. As a result of the shelling, the infrastructure of one of the settlements in the community was damaged.

The Semenivka district of the Chernihiv region was shelled three times. Like in previous cases, mortars and artillery were also used. Reports claim that a total of about 60 explosions were recorded.

On the morning of August 6, shelling resumed. The enemy fired on the territory of the Bilopillia district of the Sumy region from within the territory of Russia. More than two dozen incoming mines were recorded.

Residents’ private property was damaged due to the strike. One civilian died while trying to hide from shelling. The preliminary cause of death is a heart attack.

Yesterday, in the Mykolaiv region, the SSU detained agents who were collecting and transmitting intelligence data on the instructions of the FSS of Russia. They shared information related to essential infrastructure facilities, fuel depots, and dislocation and movement of manpower and equipment.
