Electronic components made in Belarus were found among the debris of the Russian Izdeliye 30 missile that struck Kharkiv.
Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the Ukrainian president’s commissioner for sanctions policy, reported on this.
According to him, the missile contained typical electronic components from Western manufacturers, including STMicroelectronics, u-blox, Analog Devices, and Texas Instruments, as well as parts produced by the Belarusian plant Integral.
The missile is also equipped with the Kometa navigation system, which uses 12 antenna patches and American or Chinese microchips. In addition, it contains the Baget onboard control unit, which includes memory made in Taiwan, a switching connector from Germany, and microchips from the United States.
Vlasiuk emphasized that some of the foreign components found in the missile were manufactured as recently as 2023.
The Belarusian plant Integral, founded in 1962 in Minsk, is a major manufacturer of integrated circuits and liquid crystal displays. The enterprise participates in cooperation programs for the production of Russian missiles and supplies electronic component bases for various weapons systems.
In particular, within the production of Kh-101 cruise missiles, the company manufactures several microchips, including 1533SP1, 1533AP6, 1533ID7, 1533AP3, 9000RU4U, 588IR1, as well as other elements that are part of the missile’s onboard computing systems, control units, and navigation equipment.
As part of cooperation in the production of the 9M727 cruise missile for the Iskander-K operational-tactical missile system, the plant supplies, among other things, 4-bit selectors 1533KP14.2235, 4-channel shapers 1533AP5, D-type flip-flops 1533IR38, and other components used in the Zarya-61M onboard digital computer and air pressure measurement systems.
In addition, within the production of the Izdeliye 30 missile, the enterprise manufactures eight-bit registers that are part of the BUBS-30 combat payload control unit.
The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine has published a detailed structure and a list of foreign components of the new Russian cruise missile Izdeliye-30.
The information was released on the War & Sanctions portal, where the intelligence agency presented an interactive 3D model of the missile and a list of 20 enterprises involved in its production.
According to the published data, the missile has a wingspan of about 3 meters, a warhead weighing up to 800 kg, and a range of at least 1,500 km.
The first cases of this weapon being used against Ukraine were recorded at the end of last year. Specialists identified the missile as a development of the Zvezda Design Bureau, which is part of the Russian corporation Tactical Missiles Corporation.
The design of Izdeliye-30 shares several elements with other products of the Russian military industry. In particular, the pyro-valve of the pneumatic system is completely identical to components used in the Kh‑35U anti‑ship missile, while the catapult launch device is structurally similar to systems used in the Kh‑101 air-launched cruise missiles and Kh‑55 cruise missile.
